Pastor Timothy E. Grier, Sr.

Founder & Lead Pastor

Timothy Grier, Sr. is currently the founding pastor of Revelation Christian Ministries.  After serving in the U.S. Navy for 20 years, Tim earned a Bachelor Degree in Theology at New Covenant Bible College of San Diego, California.  As a Pensacola native, Tim felt that home was the place to come back to serve and better the community.  He has worked with Epps Christian Centers’ tutoring and YES programs, helping students in at-risk situations. Later, becoming the on-site Coordinator for the program at Bellview Middle School. Seeing his love for children, the Program Director asked him to training the Site Coordinators for Warrington and Escambia Charter School.

Pastor Grier received his Associate of Science degree in Accounting Technology from Pensacola State College, and has studied at the University of West Florida in Accounting and Supply Logistics. He later founded Anchor Bookkeeping Service, which serves the accounting needs for various non-profits in the Pensacola area.

For over a decade, he has voluntarily ministered to inmates at the Escambia County jail on the third Sunday of each month. He also serves as board member for the Escambia Charter School. Pastor Grier continues to work with Epps Christian Center as coordinator for the Farm Share food distribution program, and supports Unity and the Family Ministries Angel Tree program.  

He and his wife Lisa, have three adult children.

First Lady & Associate Pastor

First Lady and Associate Pastor Lisa Grier was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but later came to call Georgia home.  The granddaughter of a Baptist preacher, Pastor Lisa felt drawn to the ministry during her senior year in high school; but while in college, she chose to follow the draw of military life by joining the United States Marine Corps.  It was at her first duty station, NAS Pensacola where she met and married Pastor Timothy Grier. Together they have worked diligently in various ministries around the country for over 30 years. 

Pastor Lisa is excited about the work here at RCM!  As a wife, mother, psalmist, preacher, teacher and counselor, she looks forward to seeing the vision of our ministry unfold and the blessings of God manifested in the lives of those we encounter here.  She has fully embraced the challenge of ministry and is working to promote the change that Kingdom life offers to those who choose to embrace it for themselves.
